Shipping

Gliding images pledge to supply you with goods within 21 days of receiving payment. We aim to fulfil orders within 7 days, but in some circumstances, it may take longer.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any Gliding Images product you may return it for a full, no quibble refund once it has been returned to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

You should contact Gliding Images prior to any reutrn to inform us of any dissatisfaction within 14 days of receipt.

If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company.
